This installation bracket, designed and patented by STEIEL, is equipped with a rotating bracket, for wall mounting of PROXIMA PSP series pumps.
The rotating support allows a complete rotation of the pump, in order to facilitate the connection of the dosing pipes and the maintenance interventions on the dosing head.
It is also possible to use it for the horizontal installation, for example on a tank, of wall pumps.
Supplied complete with screws and nuts for mounting the bracket on the wall (or on a tank) and for fixing the pump on the bracket.
The multi-function valve is an important accessory, which protects the dosing line from overpressures due to interruptions along the line itself, prevents the siphon effect, helps the pump to prime and serves to vent the dosing line during maintenance.
It is mounted directly on the delivery valve of PROXIMA pumps with standard head, or using a special expansion chamber in the case of heads with self-bleeding option.
Available in different models, characterized by different opening pressures.
“Flow Control” is a flow sensor, designed and patented by STEIEL, which allows precise and reliable monitoring of the passage of the dosing liquid.
It is mounted directly on the delivery side of standard dosing heads or with a special support in the case of heads with self-bleeding option.
It includes a three-wire proximity sensor, which sends the signal to the appropriate digital input of the PROXIMA series dosing pump.
This simple device allows you to split a signal from a single sensor into multiple channels.
It can be applied to all devices equipped with a three-wire input, such as the PROXIMA and NOVA series dosing pumps.
The SLP float probes allow you to control the liquid level in the suction tanks, sending an alarm signal, which blocks the dosing when this is missing, and therefore preventing the pump from running empty.
The input to which they are connected must be configured as a normally open contact.
Suction lances are an important accessory for dosing stations, especially where there is an agitator.
They are available in different lengths, for tanks from 25 to 1000 liters, and with different construction features (gaskets, non-return valve ball, level connector, suction tube connection, etc.).
Ring nut available in various colors, to better identify lances combined with different products.
The injection extension is a useful accessory for dosing a chemical product directly into the pipe, at a distance from the point of attachment, especially in the case of products such as chlorine-based ones, which tend to crystallize and block the normal injection valves.
It also reduces the risk of corrosion of metal pipes, because the chemical product is injected into the center of the duct.
The STEIEL injection extension is adjustable in depth and extractable, even in the case of pressurized pipes.
These accessories, mounted along the pipe, exploit the pressure of the liquid flowing in the pipe and allow uniform and homogeneous mixing, which balances differences in concentration, temperature and speed of the fluid.
They are suitable for dosing additives in water treatment, for disinfection (chlorination) of drinking water or for mixing viscous liquids.
They require periodic cleaning, but do not require any replacement.
Series of semi-transparent blue polyethylene (LLDPE) tanks for dosing stations.
Also available in black, for the storage of photosensitive liquids.
They can be supplied with dosing accessories already assembled (suction lance, stirrer and dosing pump) and complete with safety / containment jacket.
Series of electromechanical agitators, available in various shaft lengths. To be combined with tanks, to create complete dosing stations.
Models for fast or slow agitation, different construction materials and power options.
Also available manual agitators in PVC, AM series, in three shaft lengths.
Series of electromechanical agitators, available in various rod lengths. To be combined with tanks, to create complete dosing stations.
Models for fast or slow stirring, parts in contact with the liquid coated in corrosion-resistant thermoplastic material or in stainless steel.
Various power options and propeller types available.
Complete range of volumetric meters with standard reed pulse emitter, with MID approval and certification for use with sanitary water.
Available turbine models with threaded connections and Woltmann swirl models with flanged connections, also versions for use in hot water and series with treated case for aggressive liquids and particular waters (demi, industrial waste, etc.).
Complete series of electromagnetic flow meters, with on-board converter (standard version) or separate (on request).
Robust, fully welded and resin-bonded construction, with flanged connections and external coating suitable for offshore or underground installation.
“Zero diameter” models for installations even in curves or small spaces, with negligible pressure loss.
