Cap testing fitment – contains 2 parts:
1., A universal support that holds the cap fitments. Cap fitments are held by magnets for quick exchange.
2., Cap fitments: In any size up to D40 mm. with 12 serrations (useable with any number of serrations that is a multiple of 12).
Over 40 mm cap diameter or for special closures custom cap adapters are available.
Cap fitments are easy to change without any tool, as they are held by magnets.
SmartLoadCell units can be connected to any Android smartphone (or tablet) via Bluetooth (over Android 4.4). The SmartLoadCell application offers a wide range of test modes and test settings. Results can be stored, reviewed and sent to pc.
Torque tester is shipped calibrated, with traceable calibration certificate.

From the standard sizes choose the size below the diameter you measure on the top of the closure (eg.: you measure D29.3 – choose D29!)
Size is define in D/n, where ‘D’ is the diameter, ‘n’ is the number of serrates.

TPL TOP LOAD FORCE TESTER
TPL1 Top Load Force meter makes it easy to check the capper head’s top load without disassembling it from the capper machine.
TPL1 Top Load Force meter makes it easy to check the capper head’s top load without disassembling it from the capper machine.
By moving the 2 handles the height of the TPL1 unit can be increased/decreased. So the capper head’s top load spring can be squeezed, and the force can be measured. The compression of the spring can be controlled on the mm-scaled rings on the tester, or digitally (by the TPL3 and TPL4 units).
SmartLoadCell units can be connected to any Android smartphone (or tablet) via Bluetooth (over Android 4.4). The SmartLoadCell application offers wide range of test modes and test settings. Results can be stored, reviewed and sent to pc.
