RealQ Plus is a product range consisting of different 2x all-in-one master mixes intended for various qPCR applications.
RealQ Plus master mixes contain TEMPase Hot Start DNA Polymerase, dNTP’s, MgCl2 and a specialised buffer system necessary to perform optimal DNA amplification. The RealQ Plus master mixes display high efficiency as well as stability when working with gDNA and cDNA, which ensures the user precise and reliable quantification results as well as presence/absence results.
RealQ Plus 2x master mixes are produced in-house under ISO 9001:2015 conditions, ensuring that each batch possess the same robust performance every time.

Furthermore, this master mix is available with high, low or without ROXTM ensuring optimal performance on most of the commonly used real-time PCR instruments. Just add DNA template and primers.
When the fluorescent Green dye is free in the solution, it emits a very low fluorescent signal. As soon as the dye binds to the double-stranded DNA the signal increases significantly (thousand fold), which makes the fluorescent signal of the dye directly proportional to the amount of amplified dsDNA.

The RealQ Plus 2x Master Mix for probe is optimised to TaqMan probes, but is also suitable with other probe chemistries such as Molecular Beacon and Scorpion.
Most probe-based detection methods take advantage of fluorescent resonance energy transfer (FRET) by quenching the signal of a fluorescent reporter in the absence of the desired target. During elongation, the quenching molecule is separated from the fluorescent reporter and a signal is emitted and monitored. Probe-based detection is significantly more specific since signal is only detected when the correct target is amplified.
