Multiplex

Multiplex PCR is a widespread molecular biology technique for simultaneously amplification of multiple targets in a single PCR experiment. In a multiplexing assay, more than one target sequence is amplified by using multiple primer pairs in the same reaction mixture. Hence, this PCR is a cost effective solution for detection of several targets from the same sample.

Multiplex TEMPase Master Mix an efficient solution for simultaneously amplification of several targets within one sample.

TEMPase Master Mix can be used for a variety of applications, such as pathogen identification, high throughput genotyping, mutation analysis, gene deletion analysis, forensic testing etc.

However, it is manufactured in-house in accordance to our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, ensuring that each batch possess the same robust performance every time.

Multiplex TEMPase Master Mix

This is developed for the simultaneous amplification of two or more amplicons in a single tube. It minimises the need for optimization and makes the development of multiplex PCR fast and easy.

FEATURES

  • Amplification of multiple PCR products in one tube
  • Diminished formation of non-specific products
  • Detection of low abundance targets
  • Reaction set-up at room temperature
  • High sensitivity, sensitivity and product yield

DESCRIPTION

Multiplex 2x master mix is composed of TEMPase Hot Start DNA Polymerase and a specialised buffer system designed for multiplex PCR. TEMPase Hot Start DNA Polymerase is well suited for multiplex PCR due to its high specificity. MgCl2 is enclosed in the kit to enable optimisation.

AMPLIFICATION OF A FIVE-PLEX AND A TEN-PLEX REACTION

AMPLIFICATION OF A FIVE-PLEX AND A TEN-PLEX REACTION

Five different templates of the CFTR gene (5-plex) and ten different templates of the DMD gene (10-plex) were amplified simultaneously in one tube, respectively. M: Marker.
