Vacuum wave-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is designed to determine the content of chemical elements from Na to U in various substances.
Produced instead of SPECTROSCAN MAKS-GV.
The spectrometer is designed to determine the content of elements in the range from Na to U in substances in solid, powdery, dissolved states, as well as applied to surfaces or deposited on filters.
The principle of operation of an X-ray spectrometer is based on irradiating a sample with the primary radiation of an X-ray tube, measuring the intensity of secondary fluorescent radiation from the sample at wavelengths corresponding to the elements to be determined, and then calculating the mass fraction of these elements according to a previously constructed calibration characteristic, which is the dependence of the content of the determined element on the measured intensity …
Secondary fluorescent radiation is decomposed into a spectrum using an analyzer crystal. Due to this, the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer has a high resolution, and therefore the ability to accurately analyze complex multicomponent substances.
The spectrometer is a benchtop device controlled by a built-in or external computer.

The measuring path, to improve the analytical characteristics of the spectrometer, is in a vacuum, but the analyzed sample remains in air, which makes it possible to analyze liquid and powder samples without additional efforts.
Scanning along the spectrum and high resolution of the crystal-analyzers exclude the overlap of close spectral lines of different elements and the need for their mathematical separation, and allows the background to be taken into account correctly. All this increases the accuracy and reliability of the analyzes.
The automatic sample loader for 10 samples has 2 rotating sockets to increase the representativeness of the analysis of heterogeneous samples and minimizes operator intervention during the measurement process.
The spectrometer is supplied with the necessary methodological support, consumables and additional equipment for sample preparation in the form of a complex that allows you to solve the analytical problem.
The spectrometer is exempt from radiation monitoring and accounting, which is confirmed by the expert opinion of the Research Institute of Radiation Hygiene. Professor P.V. Ramzaev.
