The MYA 4Y.P PLUS microbalance is a professional instrument intended for the most demanding applications. The innovative SYNERGY LAB line guarantees the highest quality, precision and reliability. The MYA 4Y.P PLUS balance is equipped with an adapter enabling calibration and/or verification of piston pipettes by means of gravimetric method.
Use of the pipette calibration adapter reduces maximum capacity of the balance by the mass of the weighing vessel.

Ergonomic Mechanical Design
The MYA 4Y.P PLUS microbalance features construction solutions ensuring convenient everyday operation. The weighing chamber can be disassembled without tools, which makes cleaning it convenient. Programmable infrared sensors, when respectively set, enable touchless opening and closing of the weighing chamber.

Antistatic Weighing Chamber
Specially designed antistatic panes coating compensates electrostatic charges accumulated on the sample and laboratory accessories. With this, the influence of electrostatics onto the weighing result is limited.

REFLEX LEVEL SYSTEM
New autolevelling system in MYA 4Y.P PLUS microbalances ensures:

Defined Profiles

The filter weighing chamber is characterized by high ingress protection. Large open-work weighing pan allows precise weighing of filters of various dimensions (max ø100). It is made of stainless steel which makes the chamber resistant to chemicals, colour change and scratches. The additional chamber does not come standard with the MYA 4Y.P microbalance.

The series of XA 4Y.M.A.P PLUS microbalances is a modern solution for piston pipettes calibration where high accuracy and measurement speed are a must.
They are equipped with reliable measuring system housed in a hermetic casing, this guarantees fast and precise measurement in almost any laboratory conditions. External factors such as air drafts, dust, vibrations, operator competence – all of them generate disturbances that influence the final result of a measurement.

RADWAG-manufactured balances are equipped with range of protections designed to eliminate errors (hermetic weighing chamber, vibrations dampening filters), and tools informing about errors occurrence (vibration sensor, electronic levelling device, ambient conditions module).

Antistatic Weighing Chamber
XA 4Y.M.A.P PLUS microbalance is a device where the influence of electrostatics onto the weighing result has been eliminated due to use of special antistatic coating of the glass panes, and thanks to an in-built ionizer.

The ionizer neutralises electric charges inside the weighing chamber upon placing the sample in it. The lower relative humidity and a reading unit of the balance, the more evident influence of static electricity.

The ionizer neutralises any uncompensated electric charge accumulated on the weighed object. The influence of static electricity gives greater repeatability error, often also greater error of indication. Measurement errors, due to the harmful effects of electrostatics, often reach the value of thousands of reading units and more. The problem concerns non-conductive samples, e.g. glass flasks, paper filters, plastics, etc. The antistatic ionizer implemented in the XA 4Y.M.A.P PLUS microbalance is a modern technology solution which compensates both cations and anions. The ionizer activates when the balance door opens, and deactivates when the door is closed. It is possible to control ionizer operation using weighing instrument panel. The operation is signalled by blue diode which emits light when the ionizer is on.

The XA 4Y.M.A.P PLUS  series is equipped with 5.7″ LCD colour touch screen facilitating device operation and presentation of the results. Complex databases enable users to register, print and export measurements. The weighing instrument system supports 13 languages.

Defined Profiles

Ergonomic Mechanical Design
Latch-type system of weighing chamber components fastening allows easy and tool-free assembly/disassembly which facilitates keeping the chamber clean, and which makes it easy to install a manual adapter for pipettes calibration.
Smart system of pressures equalization guarantees stable measurement. It eliminates errors generated by rapid change of pressure inside the weighing chamber. A real novelty is an option of lighting the weighing pan up using a LED diode. The diode does not affect the weighing chamber temperature.

Door Opening Automation
The innovative weighing chamber system for door opening and closing guarantees smooth and quiet door movement, and eliminates vibrations that may disturb the measurement. The solution enables to define how wide the door is to be opened.

Pipettes Calibration Adapter
The pipettes calibration adapter enables calibration and/or verification of piston pipettes by means of gravimetric method. It is operated automatically using IR sensors. Evaporation ring is an integral part of the adapter that increases relative humidity inside the weighing chamber. With this evaporation of the liquid during weighing process is stopped.

MY11 pipette calibration adapter enables calibration and/or verification of piston pipettes by means of a gravimetric method using the MYA 4Y microbalance.

Evaporation ring is an integral part of the adapter that increases relative humidity inside the weighing chamber. With this evaporation of the liquid during calibration/verification is stopped.
An integrated weighing pan enables centric loading of the vessel in the weighing chamber. The weighing pan and the vessel are housed in a glass chamber featuring an opening allowing the user to dispense liquid through it, and reducing air drafts.

Pipette calibration adapters are intended for calibration and verification of piston pipettes using gravimetric method. „R-Pipettes” Computer Software

R-Pipettes

R-PIPETTES PC software is a RADWAG proprietary solution for determination of errors of pipette volume measurement (batchers) in accordance with the standard ISO 8655. The software supports calibration of fixed volume pipettes (single channel) and adjustable volume pipettes (1, 8, 12 channel).

The program features database of RADWAG pipettes and enables defining custom pipette models.

RADWAG pipettes are modern measuring equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with strict standards concerning manufacturing cleanliness and biodegradability of the product.
The pipettes represent a new line of the ‘liquid handling’ product group, designed to quickly measure and transport liquids of small volume. They are characterized by high dosing accuracy and ergonomic, solid design. The pipette mechanism ensures exceptional accuracy and repeatability with reduced pressure on the pipetting button.
All the pipettes are inspected for the conformity with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 8655 standard for dosing accuracy and repeatability. Each pipette is delivered with a test report featuring measurements results. The enclosed user manual contains a description of the pipetting techniques as well as verification and adjustment procedures that can be carried out by the user.
Calibration certificates, issued by the accredited calibration laboratory are available on request.
