Handling:
With the LabDry system you can effect an automatic laboratory moisture analysis in a precise, rapid and easy way. The determination of water content is based on the standardised DIN kiln-drying method with a calculation based on the dry matter.
Fill the delivered barcode labelled aluminium bowl with the sample material and integrate the sample into the system via barcode scanner and analysing scale. Now the material moisture is determined by drying in the drying chamber (standard with laboratory moisture analysis). After the specified drying time, the sample is again recorded via analysing scale and barcode scanner. The system then automatically calculates and displays the material moisture.
By the automatic laboratory moisture analysis using barcodes, barcode scanner and analysing scale with PC interface, the risk of errors in the writing and reading of data is eliminated.

Applications
The humimeter LM6 leather moisture meter is a handheld moisture meter for measuring the moisture of leather in a nondestructive manner. It is well suited for all kinds of leather and various degrees of moisture – from wet to dry leather. The LM6 can be used during the whole leather manufacturing process in the tannery as well as in the leather trade or in leather processing companies.
Handling / measuring procedure
After selecting the appropriate calibration curve (depending on the leather density), press the humimeter LM6 on a leather pile with a thickness of at least 10mm. The display immediately shows the absolute leather moisture as well as the temperature. The measuring procedure does not destroy the leather surface in any way. By effecting various measurements in different areas of the leather hide, the average water content can be determined immediately

In 2016 we established a test laboratory conforming to the requirements of the globally valid standard EN ISO/IEC17025:2005. In addition, the laboratory has been certified for the determination of water content according to EN ISO 4684: „Leather – Chemical tests – Determination of volatile matter“. The requirements necessary for obtaining and preserving the accreditation ensure maximum testing quality.

MS4 Salt moisture meter – Handling and measuring procedure
After selecting the calibration curve for the material to be measured (fine or coarse), press the salt moisture meter onto the salt surface with appropriate pressure. Water content and temperature can immediately be read off the large, well-lit display. By performing various measurements at different points, the salt moisture meter automatically determines the average water content.
Via the integrated data logger the measuring results can be stored directly on the MS4 salt moisture meter and additional data like supplier or measuring point can be added. The USB interface enables the transfer of measuring values from the salt moisture meter to a PC and is also used for recharging the integrated rechargeable battery.

The moisture analyzer G110 is an analytical balance for determining the moisture content of various materials. The weighing range of 110 grams with a precision of 0.005 grams allows for accurate measurements of small, unknown, fluid or pasty materials humimeter devices cannot be calibrated for.
The moisture analyzer uses a heating chamber to dry the material with temperatures of up to 199°C. Once the automatically terminating drying process is done the moisture analyzer calculates the moisture content based on the mass difference.
Our specialized products offer practical handling, mobility and blazingly fast highly accurate results. If you don’t find any suitable product, the G110 moisture analyzer still is the way to go.

The G110 moisture analyzer for various materials with a fully automatic measuring process works as follows.
Handling
The moisture analyzer is an analytical balance for determining the moisture content of materials. Start by taking an appropriate amount of your material and pouring it into the measuring bowl.
After putting the bowl into the moisture analyzer the analytical balance weighs the material and starts the measuring process. The moisture analyzer dries the material automatically until the weight is constant and stops automatically when it’s done.
The results are displayed on the display of the moisture analyzer.
