Unimotive- Temperature Control Systems for Automotive applications

unimotive

The Unimotive model series is specially designed for applications in the automotive industry. The temperature control systems are constructed for operation with water-ethylene glycol mixture with corrosion protection (for example Glysantin®) down to -45°C.

Typical applications include temperature simulations as well as material testing and temperature-dependent stress and load tests for automotive parts and functional components. The optionally available “Flow Control Cube” enables precise flow rate measurement and control.

Unimotive units are ideally suited for integration into test benches, where they ensure reproducible temperatures, e.g. for quality control, battery testing, as well as for temperature control of climate and vacuum chambers and calibration tasks.

Unimotive models feature unique thermodynamics for highly accurate and reproducible results. The proven Unistat technology also allows very short heating and cooling times and excellent temperature control accuracy. All Unimotive models are operated via a colour 5.7″ touchscreen display with convenient menu navigation.

>Direct operation with water-ethylene glycol mixture with corrosion protection (for example Glysantin®)

>Pilot ONE controller with 5.7“ touchscreen and comfortable menu navigation

>Precise temperature control

>Fastest heating and cooling rates

>Adaptive temperature control, self-optimising

>Robust, magnetic coupled circulation pump

>2 x USB (Host and Device), Ethernet and RS232 interfaces

>Efficient operation saves working time and operating costs

Circulation heat exchangers

Heat exchanger system HTS with a circulation pump for primary side connection to an existing supply of cooling water. These compact circulation coolers provide a cooling circuit with a stable pressure and delivery stream as well a precisely adjustable operating temperature.

The cooling capacity is generated using a plate heat exchanger over the attached cooling water. Since there is no active chiller present the devices run quietly, in an energy saving manner, and represent an economic alternative to conventional chillers.

HTS systems are suitable for exact temperature control of external applications such as Peltier elements, bioreactors, etc.

>Efficient circulation pump

>Efficient thermal transfer

>Compact, space-saving design

>Budget-friendly pricing

>Robust stainless steel construction

>Easy to fill and empty
