Homogenisers

Undoubtedly, we supply an extensive program of homogenizers and pestles depending on the task you can choose between homogenizers with glass or PTFE pestles in conical or cylindrical shape homogenizers and pestles which are of precise shape and consequently separate exchangeable.

Tapered or cylindrical?

When two zones of homogenizers are combined using a tapered zone, the material will be pre-homogenized while for the cylindrical zone the material will be smoothly homogenized. However, if the material is smooth enough only a cylindrical homogenizer is necessary for application. In addition, some cylindrical homogenizers are suitable for centrifugation on the homogenate without transfer into another tube.

Homogeniser with PTFE pestle 

Either tapered or cylindrical, their shaft is made of stainless steel. They are also inert and elastic with smooth wax-like and moisture-rejecting surfaces. They have resistant against high temperatures and also glass-fiber-reinforced available with highly efficient and tough material.

Homogeniser with glass pestle 

Both tapered and cylindrical has robust glass shaft, ground-glass surface and are highly efficient with tough tissue.
