Total Sulfur Analyzer - ASTM D5453
Developed in collaboration with the TOTAL Research Center, this sulfur analyzer meets the essential need of oil refineries. Users participation in its design justifies its performances, robustness and ease of use.
It allows to:

Sulfur & Nitrogen Analyzer
Thanks to the new generation of 2E detectors, we have developed an analyzer to measure both sulfur and nitrogen simultaneously on a single sample.
This elemental analyzer allows:
- To reduce the manipulations carried out by the operators
- Save time while analyzing sulfur and nitrogen

Multi-E Sulfur & Nitrogen & Total Chlorine Analyzer
Our Multi-E analyzer allows the analysis of Sulfur, Nitrogen and Total Chlorine.

Sulfur and Nitrogen Analysis:
Thanks to the new generations of 2E detectors, we have developed an analyzer allowing us to measure these two elements quickly and reliably: Sulfur by UV Fluorescence and Nitrogen by Chemiluminescence.
Total Chlorine Analysis:
The Multi-E , in addition to Sulphur and Nitrogen, can measure total Chlorine (and other halogens) by argentometric coulometry. Its measurement capacity extends from traces (< 0.5 ppm) to basic elemental chlorine (> 80%, without dilution).
Thanks to its optimized design, you can analyze sulfur, nitrogen, and chlorine simultaneously. Thanks to its two separate combustion lines, you’ll be protected from any potential interference or pollution. Each combustion line has its own automatic injector with up to six positions.

It automatically and quickly measures very low sulfur/nitrogen/chlorine levels in petroleum products, oils, water and other products…: up to 10 ppb of sulfur and 10 ppb of nitrogen. For chlorine, its detection limit is < 0.1 ppm at more than 80%.
It can also be associated with the injector or the liquid sampler, or even with the Gas/LPG sampler.

Total Nitrogen Analyzer - ASTM D4629
Designed to meet the specific needs of petroleum refineries, this nitrogen analyzer was developed in collaboration with TOTAL Research Center.
This participation of the end user in its design justifies it’s high level of performance, robustness and ease of use.
It allows to:
- Automatically and rapidly measure the very low nitrogen
contents of petroleum products, up to 10 ppb (under certain
conditions of use, the performances obtained can be significantly
higher than those announced) - Measure high nitrogen concentrations, up to 10% in all types of
samples (solid, liquid, gas)

Halogen / Chlorine Analyzer - ASTM D4929
The HELIOS CL, is an analyzer used to measure total chlorine (and other halogens) by means of coulometric method.
Its measuring capacity extends from traces (<0.5 ppm) to the high concentrations of total chlorine (> 80%). It is also used to measure chlorine On Chlorinated PVC-C. In addition to the accessories for measuring EOX and POX, we offer complete equipment for AOX dosing by agitation and absorption.

This analyzer is compose with two furnaces, and ensures complete combustion of your samples. The furnace F1 constitutes a real micro reactor, allowing a great flexibility of use. It allows you to program controlled pyrolysis and combustion of your samples through temperature sequences. With this technology, you will no longer generate soot regardless of the nature of the sample and the position of the furnace (vertical or horizontal)

Combustion Apparatus (Wickbold Method)
Our apparatus having an Oxy-hydrogen burner is used to determine total sulfur by the Wickbold method.
This test method covers the determination of total sulfides in liquefied petroleum gases containing more than 1 μg / g. Samples must contain less than 100 μg / g of halogen.

The normative references for this equipment are relatively old, but they are still current in a number of laboratories, in industry and research. This equipment offers the possibility for laboratories to acquire, at a reduced cost, equipment for the determination of total sulfur and possibly fluorine.

Gas and LPG AutoSampler - ASTM D6667
In collaboration with the French Petroleum Institute (I.F.P), we have developed one of the first gas and LPG automatic samplers that meets the requirements of ASTM D666. This equipment is not restricted to the brand ERALY only, it can be used on other brands devices as well. It is easy to use and requires very little maintenance.
We offer it for sampling and injecting gas and/or LPG.
In order to respond specifically to some of your needs, you can also buy it either for gas alone or for LPG alone, at a reduced price.

By listening to the needs and requests of our customers, we have developed a liquid automatic sampler with 25 to 50 positions.

Mini Auto Sampler
In the same spirit, we have developed a Mini-Auto Sampler “Mini-D” for our customers with a relatively small number of samples.
This will offer them the possibility to automate their operations at a lower cost, because our “Mini-D” can automatically inject between 5 and 7 different samples.
