DVTSS – ULT VACCINE TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
- Ultra low temperature horizontal freezer (ULT) with autonomous refrigeration (ACS) designed for the storage and transport of vaccines or drugs that require temperatures down to -75°C. The operating principle is based on the system’s ability to accumulate the thermal energy necessary for autonomous operation (therefore even in the absence of electricity).
- The innovation consists in having obtained a uniform temperature distribution with verified gradients of the order of +/-1°C, so as to guarantee optimal conservation of the vaccines (without temperature changes) even during transport.
- The use of DCV Technology (Vacuum Insulated Panels combined with cyclopentane expanded polyurethane) allows very low thermal conductivity values to be achieved, which guarantees a reduction in heat dispersion compared to normal insulators to the advantage of energy saving and autonomy of the refrigerator without using the electricity grid for a variable time period depending on the installed thermal capacity.
