The humimeter BP1 wood pellets moisture meter is a powerful moisture tester for the determination of water content of all standard wood pellets as well as special pellets. Schaller GmbH is developer and producer of this pellets moisture meter suitable for industrial applications.
Via the integrated datalog of the humimeter BP1 wood pellets moisture meter the measuring values can be stored and additional data can be added. You also have the possibility to use the Hold function. This function freezes the last measured value of wood pellets water content on the display until another button is pressed.
To increase the measuring accuracy and reproducibility, the measurement is hectolitre compensated by a precise weighing of the sample quantity. For that the wood pellets moisture meter is delivered with a scale and measuring cup, which ensures that the bulk density doesn´t affect the measuring result.
The whole moisture meter series is calibrated and checked according to the calibratable kiln-drying method CEN/TS14961:2005.

With the LabDry system you can effect an automatic laboratory moisture analysis in a precise, rapid and easy way. The determination of water content is based on the standardised DIN kiln-drying method with a calculation based on the dry matter.
Fill the delivered barcode labelled aluminium bowl with the sample material and integrate the sample into the system via barcode scanner and analysing scale. Now the material moisture is determined by drying in the drying chamber (standard with laboratory moisture analysis). After the specified drying time, the sample is again recorded via analysing scale and barcode scanner. The system then automatically calculates and displays the material moisture.

BRC woodchips moisture transmitter for very dry material
The BRC moisture transmitter enables the facile online determination of water content of dry wood chips. The BRC transmitter can easily be integrated in existing plants and is also suited for measuring coarse material (up to wood chip class P100).
This enables the optimal control of a dryer, boiler or wood gasification plant with respect to the water content. That way the efficiency of your plant can be increased, energy consumption for drying can be reduced, which in general means rising efficiency and the fabrication of a product of higher quality.
