Designed specifically for Aquaculture Systems, the YSI 5200A,  AquaManager™ Software and AquaViewer II mobile app integrate process control, alarming, and data management into one solution. Simple enough to monitor one tank, powerful enough to manage a full scale farming operation from anywhere in the world. Simultaneously measure dissolved oxygen, pH, conductivity, ORP, salinity and temperature. YSI also offers a multi-channel dissolved oxygen monitor that can be networked with a 5200A or used independently. The 5500Dcan measure dissolved oxygen in up to four tanks/ponds using optical-based sensors which reduce maintenance and calibration requirements over traditional membrane-covered sensors.

The YSI IOEM and REM expansion modules increase the flexibility and capability of the YSI aquaculture platform when networked with 5200A, 5400 or 5500D instruments. Configure 4 (IOEM-4) or 8 (IOEM-8) analog channels as inputs or outputs for the ability to integrate 3rd party sensors or output from other devices. Outputs can be configured to control pumps, UV systems, analog valves, or send data to SCADA/ PLC systems. REMs(Relay Expansion Module) add relays where needed to control feeders, lighting, heaters, alarming, and more.

The standard conditional feed timer, Feed Smart, manages food delivery based on user’s preset criteria. Manage feed delivery based on user-selectable inputs for the number of daily feedings, daily feed weights, total biomass and feed conversion ratios (FCRs), along with parameter control based on water quality values. Interfaces with most auto feeders.

Optional AquaManager® desktop software allows you to view, configure, or setup instruments from the convenience of one central location. Engineered specifically for aquaculture applications, the optical dissolved oxygen sensor can be used with the 5500D MultiDO monitor for process control to ensure adequate oxygen levels for your livestock or for improved energy efficiency. With YSI’s ODO® optical dissolved oxygen technology you’ll benefit from reduced costs, less maintenance and better data. The ODO sensors require no membrane changes, no electrode cleaning, no stirring for accurate data and less frequent calibrations.

You can also incorporate the DO sensor directly with your PLC via the RS485 communication. Additional inputs for barometric pressure and salinity are used to accurately calculate the DO % and mg/L.

The 5562 probe and cable assembly is multiparameter and allows for the measurement of temperature, dissolved oxygen (polarograhic sensor), conductivity, and has a port for either a pH or pH/ORP sensor (must be ordered separately). It is available  in lengths of 4 m, 10 m, and 20 m. . This cable is compatible with the 5200 and 5200A Multiparameter Monitoring and Control Instrument

The 5562 probe and cable assembly includes a 559 polarographic sensor, a 5560 combination conductivity/temperature sensor and a 5204 DO Membrane Kit (2 mil, Teflon). Please order the 5564 pH/ORP sensor separately
