DWM Checkweighers
DWM automatic checkweigher provides the highest quality. It is applied mainly for pharmaceutical and food industry. Used magnetoelectric modules allow to weigh products quickly, providing the highest accuracy of weighment. The device features a friendly, intuitive interface and several built-in functions that enable the statistical data operation and service process.
Checkweigher allows a precise control of packaged products in accordance with the valid regulations. A modular base construction allows a flexible configuration of the device.
Complex communication modules fully integrate the scales with the production line, which makes automatic operation of the line possible. Connecting the checkweigher to the computer system allows to monitor production process on-line, save the weighments, generate the reports considering the weighing statistics, quantitative statistics and the production line failures and stoppages.
Application:
DWM automatic checkweigher series is designed to control single products with mass not greater than 7500 g. Scale software enables setting the parameters according to customers regulations or according to the current regulation on Control of Packaged Goods. The flexible limits working mode was designed for pharmaceutical concerns. DWM automatic scales series is attested by NIH.

Software
The checkweigher features an industrial computer and Windows Embedded operating system. This solution allows an intuitive and easy cooperation with the device. The scale and standard office interface are similar, which facilitates the operation.
Database module was designed on the basis of Microsoft SQL Server, which allows a stable and safe saving of data generated by the scale, as well as an easy connection of the database with the client’s software. Saving the databases and weighment records on two separate memory carriers provides high security.
All checkweigher elements like drives, rejectors, emergency buttons, warning lights are controlled by the real time controller, which guarantees the flow of work and an instant reaction to the emergency signals.
Checkweighers provide the full exchange of data via Ethernet network. The communication protocol ensures the automatic transfer of weighment records, databases update, introduction of new settings and the device work monitoring in on-line mode.
Compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
The following functions are available to ensure compliance with the regulation:
- 10 permission levels for operators to be defined by the administrator,
- requirements for each operator’s passwords (determined by the administrator: minimum length, upper-case letters and digits quantity, special signs quantity),
- the requirement to enter new password at first logging (the first password is entered by the administrator creating the account),
- determination of password validity period in days
- automatic logout after a specified time of inactivity
- operator lockout after 3 incorrect login operations; lockout time specified,
- unlimited account lockout after 6 incorrect login operations; the account can be unlocked by the administrator
- saving changes to Audit Trail file; detailed reports on all modifications carried out on the checkweigher (information on parameters modifications including previous and new values), adding information about modification reason. This applies to all operational parameters of the checkweigher, e.g. conveyors speed, enabling/disabling ejector, ejector settings modification, checkweigher start/stop, logging and data contained in all products, operators, weighings and reports databases. All login, start, stop operations and report generating are recorded.

DWT/HL/HP Checkweighers
Automatic checkweigher DWT/HL/HP series is a complex weighing solution providing stable and reliable operation. Depending on version, it guarantees full weighing control of manufactured products and optionally, with application of metal detectors, it can detect metal contamination of a controlled products if such exists.
The control unit is based on Windows Embedded software and SQL database server.
Automatic checkweigher DWT/HL/HP series is dedicated mainly for those clients who expect high reliability and speed of operation. The scales is easily configurable which makes it appropriate for various applications and client expectations. Industrial computer used in the automatic checkweigher DWT/HL/HP series is designed to operate in hard industrial conditions and to cooperate with specially prepared Windows platform making the system stable and allowing it to hold set parameters. Graphic touch screen display provides intuitive operation and has already been appreciated by users.

DWT/HL/HPW Checkweighers
Checkweigher of DWT/HL/HPW series is an advanced weighing instrument which guarantees failure free and stable operation. The DWT/HL/HPW is intended to conduct 100 % control of manufactured products. Application of metal detectors enables testing the products for contamination with metal particles. Checkweigher of DWT/HL/HPW series provides full control over goods and it is compatible with HACCP regulations applied in multiple manufacturing plants.
The control system is based on Windows Embedded OS and database module, SQL Server. Checkweigher of DWT/HL/HPW series is dedicated to those customers who require high speed of operation and very good reliability. Flexible design of the device, and possibility of adjusting it to individual requirements, make the DWT/HL/HPW series applicable in multiple areas. Industrial computer implemented into the system is designed for operation in harsh industrial conditions. Special version of Windows software creates a very stable set with very good operational parameters. The PS.X2 series represents a new advanced level for precision balances.
The X2 series balances feature the latest generation capacitive display providing the maximum comfort of use, available right at your fingertips. A wide array of available interfaces facilitate selection of the most optimal means for communication. Built-in IR sensors allow numerous operations (e.g. tarring, transmitting the result to a printer or selecting successive steps of a particular process, etc.) to be performed handsfree, by simply moving a hand across the sensor. The housing is made of plastic, and the pan is made of stainless steel.
Databases in X2 series balances
In new PS.X2 series balances the information system is based on 7 databases which allow several users to work with database storing several products. The registered weighing results can be subject to further analysis.

WLY Scales for PGC
APPLICATION
Scale WLY is intended to fast and precise determination of mass in laboratory and industrial conditions. The model line is the response for growing market demands concerning simple operation and maximum automation of the weighing process. The scales enables cooperation with barcode scanner, printer, label printer, RFID readers and standard PC devices (mouse, keyboard, USB storage device).
DESIGN AND FUNCTIONALITY
All WLY scales is equipped with stainless weighing pan, TFT 5,7” colourful touch screen and membrane keyboard. As an option the scale enables connection of an additional weighing platform to the terminal. The following functions are available:
– programmable proximity sensors,
– programmable printout templates,
– programmable text information for scale’s operation and printouts.
Scale requires two staged verification process (external adjustment system is not accessible for the user). Due to the influence of gravitational acceleration force the scale has to be adjusted on site. Adjustment cost depends on the location of instrument’s installation.

Scale WLY is equipped with modules that put packaged products control into practice. The module is supported by database containing products and operators lists. A control started by the scale is automatically stopped after controlling pre-defined quantity of packages (samples). Number of the packages is fixed by scales program depending on product batch size. Scales are equipped with 5,7″ colourful, graphic touch screen display for previewing information concerning currently performed control and its result.
Control cycle runs according to the following scheme:
– operator choice,
– product choice,
– control start,
– acquiring weighing records,
– automatic control end after certain packages number,
– control report print.
Each carried out control is ended with a final report containing all information that is necessary for pre-packaged products control report. The report is automatically saved in scale memory and at the same time it can be printed by printer connected to scale.
Scale WLY in single stand version for control of pre-packaged products is supported by computer application “Viewer PGC” . It is used for monitoring and/or printing of products’ control reports and packages’ tares from completed controls. The reports are printed on a printer connected to computer.
Scale coupling with computer program enables:
– keeping weighing records from successive weighments in the database,
– automatic printout of control processes from computer software level,
– sending user defined codes from scale to computer software; the codes match weighed product (product code, operator code, batch quantity, batch no., control Start/Stop),
– defining product codes and their descriptions (names) from the level of computer program, therefore user can assign an individual product name suitable for the company’s branch.
