The Scilogex PTFE Chemical Resistant Pump is chemical duty vacuum pumps that can be used in various applications and is ideal for use with Rotary Evaporators. All wetted parts are made of PTFE material and the outer case is processed with squeeze-casting aluminum and anti-rust treatment. An air driven diaphragm and oil-free design will lower both cost and maintenance time. Optional accessory – SCILOGEX 400 vacuum regulator/moisture trap (including vacuum gauge and pressure regulating valve).

The Scilogex STORM3000 Chemical Duty Vacuum pump is constructed from quality parts, manufactured in the USA and offered at an competitive price. This Laboratory Vacuum pump is very quiet – the noise level is only ~54 dB. It has a small footprint, durable, and chemical resistant! The pump is virtually maintenance-free because of the PTFE coated surfaces, PTFE membrane, stainless steel valves and oil-free design.
The STORM3000 is equipped with a 1/7 hp motor and provides a maximum 20 L/min (115V/60Hz) of free air displacement and 22 in-Hg of maximum vacuum. The pump features a vacuum regulator with gauge to adjust and monitor vacuum level. The inlet catch-pot protects from accidental ingestion of water and particulates. It is resistant to bleach and acetone vapors allowing it to be used with cell culture decontamination protocols

The Scilogex STORM5000 and STORM5000C diaphragm vacuum pumps are durable and chemical resistant. All contact surfaces are PTFE coated. STORM5000.STORM5000C vacuum pumps come with a liquid inlet trap and vacuum regulator making it a perfect choice for vacuum filtration, desiccation, and other mid-range vacuum applications. They are also bleach resistant, allowing them to be used with cell culture decontamination protocols.
The STORM5000 has free air displacement at 115V, 60Hz and a maximum vacuum of 24″Hg (200 mbar). The STORM5000C has free air displacement at 230V, 50Hz and a maximum vacuum of 24″Hg (200 mbar). They are recommended for operations utilizing organic/aqueous solvents and/or light acid/base solutions.
