is the donation of selected natural hair as a moisture measuring element. The hand-adjusted, sensitive hair harp has been used optimally for decades also for outdoor use or with high accuracy requirements. The fine mechanical precision measuring mechanism is the drive for the writing drum (according to DIN 58658). The specific and smudge-proof recording paper is located on this. A fiber pen writes the even curve, as a continuous recording of the relative humidity.

The tried and tested natural hair harp is most frequently used for measuring air humidity. The properties of the Pernix® element are best suited for low (<25%) or rapidly changing humidity and at temperatures <-10 ° C, ie short reaction times and high quality. Synthetic fiber elements are particularly advantageous indoors and at temperatures of -10 … + 40 ° C, as they do not require any regeneration.
